What power profile could break 60 seconds in the kilo? Would a slimmer profile help?

Let's assume that the shape of the power profile stays the same as power increases.  How much more power does it take to break 60 seconds in the kilo? The following plots show a power profile that would do this. (1475 watts peak power, 950 watts average power)

How much does it take if we find a rider with a very narrow frontal area (.4 vs .5 m2)?  It takes significantly less power, 1275 vs. 1475 watts peak power, 800 vs. 950 average power.
